Opterio™ is a service of I Done Study LLC.
Our business mailing address is available upon request for legal or compliance purposes.
“Services” means the Opterio website, mobile applications (including Android and iOS apps), and any related content, features, subscriptions, or services provided by I Done Study LLC.
This privacy policy is accessible within the mobile app itself and is linked in the Apple App Store / Google Play listing. This Terms of Service applies to the Opterio website and mobile applications (Android and iOS).
Opterio is intended for individuals 17 years of age or older. Opterio is not directed to children under 13. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Opterio is not affiliated with ABO, NCLE, or any official certification board. Content is for study support only and does not guarantee exam results.
We grant a personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access purchased content. Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the services.
If user-generated content becomes relevant in Opterio, you retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant Opterio a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display that content solely to provide the service to you, and not for any other purpose.
Opterio sells one-time, non-renewing access plans. You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees.
Refunds are not available after account activation, except where legally required. See the refund policy for details.
You agree not to interfere with the services, attempt unauthorized access, or use the services to violate law. We may suspend accounts for misuse.
Materials may change over time. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practicable.
The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Use is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Opterio and I Done Study LLC are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless I Done Study LLC and its affiliates from claims arising from your use of Opterio or breach of these terms.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or legal reasons. Upon termination, your license ends.
If you access the services through a mobile application, the following additional terms apply:
You acknowledge that your use of the mobile application must comply with applicable app store terms and policies.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Dispute Resolution; Arbitration
Except for claims that may be brought in a small claims court or as otherwise required by applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in Santa Clara County, California, or another mutually agreed location.
Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys’ fees, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding. This arbitration clause does not prevent you from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect your rights pending arbitration.
If you do not wish to be bound by this arbitration provision, you may opt out by sending written notice to us within 30 days of agreeing to these Terms.
We may update these terms; continued use after updates indicates acceptance. We will post the effective date of changes.
